🎉 2026 Chaska River City Days Parade Registration 🎉

This year, we’re moving the parade to Thursday evening to open the festival with energy, excitement, and full community participation.

🗓 Date: Thursday, July 23, 2026
⏰ Time: 6:30 PM
📍 Route: Same as previous years

We’re inviting local businesses, nonprofits, community groups, and organizations to join us in creating a fun, high-energy kickoff to River City Days. Moving the parade to Thursday allows even more groups—especially those who are typically busy in the park later in the weekend—to participate.

💲 Registration Fees:
• Nonprofits: $20
• Local Businesses: $40
• Political Organizations: $80

🎈 What to Expect:
• A high-visibility opportunity for your organization
• A celebratory start to our biggest festival year yet

👉 Important Details:
• Parade lineup instructions and staging details will be sent prior to the event
• Participants should plan to arrive early for staging
• Candy and promotional item giveaways are encouraged (no throwing items from vehicles)

Event Location & Hours
Chaska Lions Park – 1300 Crosstown Blvd, Chaska, MN

Friday & Sunday are optional days for non-profit booths
• Fri, July 24: 4PM–8PM (or dusk)
• Sat, July 25: 10AM–8PM (or dusk)
• Sun, July 26: 9AM–Noon (event runs until 4PM; vendors may leave after noon)

Booth Cost & Options
• $50 – 10x10 booth space

Load-In
• Thu, July 23: 5PM–8PM
• Fri, July 24: 8AM–1PM (vehicles must be out by 1PM)

Load-Out
• Sun, July 26: After 12PM (cart/hand carry only before 4PM)
• No vehicles allowed in the park until after 4PM Sunday unless pre-approved.
