Chaska River City Days Vendor Application
Chaska River City Days will be celebrated July 24, 25, and 26th, 2026 at Lion’s Park in Chaska, 1300 Crosstown Blvd.
Required Vendor Times Are:
Friday July 24th 4:00-Dusk
Saturday July 25th 10:00am – Dusk
Sunday Optional July 26th 9:00am – 2pm
CANCELLATION CLAUSE:
Accepted vendor cancellation within 40 days of show: 25% refund. Accepted vendor cancellation within 30 days or is a no-show: 0% refund.
BOOTH FEES:
Single Booth Fee (10′ x 10′): $180
Double Booth Fee (20′ x 10′): $360
Corner Booth Fee: Additional $100 (first come, first serve)
Marketplace Power (if available): $75
TIMES:
Load-In: Setup can begin starting Thursday July 23th at 5:00pm. Friday 10am - 1pm (after 1pm no vehicles allowed into marketplace) Vendors must be ready to sell by 4pm Friday. No vendor vehicles will be allowed in after 1:00pm Friday. Strictly Enforced.
